History of Jelqing
Massage techniques that are claimed to build-up the girth and length of the penis are attributed both African and Middle Eastern traditional rites of passage for young men. How to Jelq

Once the warm-up is completed, the jelq techniques can be commenced. It's important that jelqing only be attempted with a semi-tumescent penis, never with an erect penis.
