Where does the word "jelq" come from and what does it have to do with penis enlargement? There are a number of theories regarding where the term jelq originated. Some say the jelq can be traced back to ancient times, when Arabic fathers would prepare their sons for marriage by using a technique called jelqing which increased the size of the penis. The Jelq Warm Up

The jelq is just like any other exercise - you need to warm-up before starting!

  1. Massage the penis until it is partially erect (semi-tumescent).
  2. Soak a washcloth in warm water.
  3. Wrap the penis in the washcloth for several minutes.
  4. Repeat this procedure three times.

An alternative to the above jelq warm-up is to massage the semi-erect penis in a warm bath.

The Jelq

  1. Apply some lubricant to your hands and penis. Your penis should be partially erect.
  2. With the thumb and forefinger, make an "Okay" sign around the base of your penis and grip it firmly.
  3. Now commence a milking motion towards the end of your penis.
  4. When the milking hand reaches the head, form an "Okay" sign with your free hand and start milking as you did previously with the other hand. Do not milk the head of the penis.
  5. You should be able to use both hands to create a continuous milking action, alternating between hands.

Try and complete 100 jelq strokes every five minutes. For the first week, only perform 100 jelq strokes each day. For the second week, perform 200 jelq strokes each day. For the third week onwards, try and perform 400 jelq strokes each day.
